Yogya-Solo-Trowulan-Bali 3 Days

Day 1: Yogya: visiting Borobudur, Pawon and Mendut Temples, Sultan’s Palace and Prambanan Temples.
Early in the morning we’ll drive you to one of eight wonders of the world, the Borobudur Temple, the biggest Buddhist temple in the world, which was built in VIII century by Syailendra Kings. Stops will also be made in the nearby Buddhist temples of Pawon and Mendut. Afterwards, we’ll take you back to Yogyakarta City, and we’ll visit Yogya’s Sultan’s Palace (Keraton) – the best example of Javanese traditional architecture, which was built in 1755 AD by Sultan Hamengku Buwono I. Lunch will be served in a local restaurant. In the afternoon you visit the Prambanan Temple-the largest Hindu temple complex of Indonesia dated from the year of 778 AD. If there is time, you also visit the Batik hand made factory and gold and silversmiths that make Yogyakarta so famous. We recommend you to experience the Malioboro Street at night-the downtown of Yogyakarta. Overnight at Santika Hotel (five starred) or similar.

Day 2: Solo and Trowulan: Full Day Tour of Palaces and Ancient Javanese Capitals.
After breakfast, you stop in Surakarta (Solo) City, to visit the Mangkunegaran Palace-built by Prince Raden Mas Sahid in 1757 AD and afterwards, we’ll continue our trip to Trowulan (the old capital of Majapahit Empire (1292-1515 AD)), in Mojokerto, East Java, to see some historical buildings from the Majapahit time, such as: Gapura Bajang Ratu (old entrance to the palace), Kolam Segaran (old royal swimming pool) and Candi Tikus Temple. Lunch will be provided on the way. Afterwards, we’ll take you directly to Cemoro Lawang, near Mount Bromo. Overnight at Hotel Bromo Permai or similar.

Day 3: Sunrise from the top, then leave for Bali.
At 03.30 a. m. we will depart to Mount Penanjakan on Toyota 4 WD jeep, to see the spectacular sunrise over Mount Bromo and Mount Batok.
